Welcome to DraftaCV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DraftaCV website located at DraftaCV.com (the "Site") and all related services, including our professional CV and resume writing services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or Services. By accessing or using any part of our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not access the Site or use any Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site or using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Services

DraftaCV provides professional CV and resume writing services, including but not limited to:

  • Professional resume and CV creation and design
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization
  • Cover letter writing
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • Career consultation services
  • Free ATS CV checker tool
  • Document formatting and delivery in multiple formats (PDF, Word, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Packages and Pricing

3.1 Package Options

We offer various service packages with different features and pricing. Current packages include:

  • Basic Starter (৳999): 1 Professional Resume/CV, ATS or Non-ATS format, standard templates, PDF & Word formats, 3-day delivery, 1 revision round
  • Professional (৳1,999): ATS + Non-ATS versions, premium templates, custom cover letter, all file formats, 2-day delivery, 2 revision rounds, 30-minute consultation
  • Executive Elite (৳3,999): Multiple design versions, LinkedIn optimization, 2 industry versions, 24-hour delivery, unlimited revisions (14 days), 1-hour consultation, 90-day free updates
  • Custom Solutions: Tailored packages based on individual needs

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before work begins on your order. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.

4. Order Process and Delivery

4.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

  1. Select your desired service package
  2. Provide accurate and complete information about your professional background
  3. Complete the payment process
  4. Respond to any requests for additional information in a timely manner

4.2 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for your resume or CV. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information you provide. Falsifying information on a resume may have legal consequences and can harm your professional reputation.

4.3 Delivery Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your completed documents within the timeframe specified for your package. Delivery times begin after we receive all necessary information from you. Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses from you are not our responsibility.

5. Revisions and Modifications

5.1 Revision Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery unless otherwise specified in your package. Revision requests should be clear, specific, and related to the original scope of work.

5.2 Scope of Revisions

Revisions include adjustments to:

  • Content formatting and layout
  • Wording and phrasing
  • Order of sections
  • Minor content additions or removals

Revisions do not include:

  • Complete rewrites or changes to the overall direction
  • Addition of significant new information not provided initially
  • Changes requested after the revision period has expired

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all personal information and content you provide to us. By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your resume or CV.

6.2 Our Content

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, templates, and software, is the property of DraftaCV or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6.3 Completed Documents

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the completed resume or CV for your personal job search purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized versions of our work for portfolio, training, or marketing purposes.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to deliver the services as promised
  • Technical issues on our end prevent delivery
  • Cancellation request received before work has begun

7.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction after all revisions have been used
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Failure to provide required information in a timely manner
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
  • Rejection of your application by employers (we cannot guarantee job placement)

7.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at DraftaCV@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed within 14 business days if approved.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Employment Guarantee

While we strive to create high-quality, professional documents, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, or employment. The effectiveness of a resume depends on many factors beyond our control, including the job market, your qualifications, and employer preferences.

8.2 ATS Compatibility

While our ATS-optimized resumes are designed to improve compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems, we cannot guarantee that your resume will pass every ATS due to the varying software and settings used by different employers.

8.3 Service Availability

Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftaCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

9. User Conduct

When using our Site and Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Provide false or misleading information
